Hi!
I can't believe summer is almost over already! I hope you were able to make the most of the sunny weather and get out and explore our beautiful backyard!
There hasn't been a lot of forward progress since I last gave you an update on the travel industry. At the moment it's just all fingers and toes crossed that we get a safe Cook Islands or Australia travel bubble up and running soon!
One good piece of news is that Air New Zealand customers who hold an existing domestic or international credit, will now have until 30 June 2022 to make a new booking using their credit, for travel to be completed by 30 June 2023.
BEST OF THE SOUTH TRIP – April 2021
As many of you know we had a wonderful deep south trip this Summer. I could highly recommend visiting Te Anau, Doubtful and Milford Sounds, and Stewart Island. It was fabulous to explore our country – especially when many overseas travellers come from around the world to visit New Zealand.
So I am very excited to partner with one of my NZ Travel Broker’s Colleagues Elaine, who is escorting the “Best of the South’ trip this April 2021. There are many sightseeing activities included, such as the Albatross Centre, Larnach Castle, Doubtful Sound, and Kiwi spotting. While it covers the places we visited, her trip has extras such as free time on Stewart Island and a highlight - travelling overland from Te Anau to Walter Peak Sheep Station, and arriving into Queenstown in style on the TSS Earnslaw Steamship.
It takes place 7-15 April 2021 for 9 Days/8 Nights with 11 sightseeing activities included. It also includes breakfast daily, 4 dinners and 1 lunch. Just one more traveller is required to make this trip a guaranteed departure. Great value tour cost from $3695 per person*.
Please see the flyer here. Contact me today, so you can reserve your place before this tour fills up
If this trip doesn't take your fancy, I have collected some fantastic unique domestic trips down below! If you are looking for something a bit different then these packages are for you! Whether you are looking for a getaway high in the trees, wanting to cross the country by rail, have an adventure-packed trip in Queenstown, or experience incredible events like the World of Wearable Arts, there are options for everyone.
As always, if you would like me to tailor-make something for you, just let me know and we can work together to plan a trip that works best for your needs!
Finally, if you are looking for something a bit closer to home to round out the summer, check out the Herald's list below of the ultimate events across the country.
