Brigitte’s 5th Travel Broker Birthday Bonanza!
It is a time of celebration in our travel office! It’s 5 years since Brigitte took a “leap of faith” and left the security of working in a Timaru Travel Office and partnered with NZ Travel Brokers to set up her own Travel Broker Business with just a computer, car and a second-hand desk in a sleepout.
What an amazing 5 years since 2013, the team has grown to include Nicky and Natasha and we’ve recently moved into our new Travel Office, with a room for staff and a separate travel consulting room complete with wall world map, creating a relaxed environment to meet and discuss travel plans.
Brigitte’s 5th Birthday marks another milestone. With the growth of our travel office, this month “Memories Connection” our own Travel Brand is being launched, still encouraging “Creating Your Travel Memories” So over time you will see our logo change.
We will continue to work with NZ Travel Brokers - judged Best Broker Brand for the last 4 years at the National Travel Industry Awards, with TAANZ membership and IATA accreditation, and affiliation with the highly respected First Travel Group.
The evenings cover the planet, and with 10 speakers spread across 4 evenings, there will be something for every traveller. I have handpicked all the speakers and it will be great to hear from different travel experts here in Timaru.
Each themed evening consists of 3 travel presentations, including an Airline, along with a Touring and Cruise specialists as well as something a little different – like Indotrek who focus on adventure travel - trekking, cycling and kayaking!
On Tuesday 30th July we are hosting travel writer Jill Worrall who will be covering her 2019 escorted tours.
There will also be prize draws each night, and great exclusive travel deals on offer.
