October is international Plan A Cruise month, and the cruise deals available at the moment are fantastic.

What I love about cruising is the simplicity, you only have to pack/repack once, it works for all kinds of travellers on all kinds of budgets, and you can do as much (or as little!) as you want!

There are hundreds of cruises on sale at the moment - far more than I can list here - so I've picked out a few popular deals, but this is just a tiny fraction of what's on offer.

Remember I also have my next “Top Tips” Cruise Evening on Wednesday 9 November 2016 at 7pm.  Debbie our Presenter from GO Cruising will be covering a wide range of Ocean and River Cruising Lines. Her “Top Tips” will be well worth hearing as she has a wealth of knowledge from years working on cruises around the world. This will be especially useful if you will be cruising for the first time. 

She will be covering topics such as:

Advisory: Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones

And on a completely unrelated note, Air New Zealand, Emirates, Qantas and Virgin Australia (and all US airlines) have now issued a TOTAL BAN on Samsung Galaxy Note 7 phones (the ones that have been catching fire).

This means these phones cannot be carried on board the aircraft in any circumstances - even if powered off. If you have one of these phones, please do not take it on holiday with you!
