Thank you for all those who have asked about our February family USA holiday!  Yes we had a fabulous time…. we love activity holidays so for 3.5 weeks we were busy morning to night! In this time we covered 5 Cities – Los Angeles, Maui and Waikiki/Oahu in Hawaii, Las Vegas/Grand Canyon and San Francisco.  

Our highlights would be going to Hawaii where we had our honeymoon 25 yrs. ago, Pearl Harbour, swimming with turtles, the Grand Canyon (via Helicopter) and Cycling the Golden Gate Bridge!  We had just 1 day of rain and ate very well!  It also gave me a much better idea of hotels and sightseeing in this area of the world.  Great when booking your holidays!

After 24 hrs of being back in New Zealand I was off to Noosa, Australia to Twin Waters resort – I was upgraded to Business Class (what a treat) and had a great break with the top 11-20 NZ Travel Brokers from around the country.

Now I am back in the office, I  am loving helping everyone plan their upcoming holidays (even 2017!!).  With so many of you contacting me, I am again working double time!!  So why not double my staff!  So welcome to my NZ Travel Broker team Nicky!  Nicky, who started this week, will work alongside Selena in a support role.  So everyday there will be someone in the office with me!  I am hoping that this will mean quicker turn around times and much better service for you!

Contiki actually do have amazing 3D Virtual Reality videos that let you look around some fantastic sights like the Grand Canyon - but there's still no comparison between them and the real thing!
